What resolution should my image file be?

To get the best possible print of your photo or poster send us the highest resolution image file you can without making the file size too large. The resolution of your image file should be more than 150dpi, the higher the resolution the better your poster print will be, the more pixels the better!

We would expect a 0.5 Mb file to be capable of enlargement to A1 without a problem, a larger file would be even better.

Once you have created your image file, by taking a photo or by using a software package please do not attempt to enhance the resolution before sending it to us, we have a range of specialist software that we use to process your images from which our print process then produces your poster print or photo print at 1200dpi.
