Delivery

Our order processing time indicated on this website varies according to our workload and indicates the processing time (in working days) from receipt of your order to despatch.

If you have selected Standard Delivery your order will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post or First Class Recorded Delivery (at our discretion), or by Royal Mail Standard Parcels for larger items (if the postal tube needs to be over 900mm long). If you have selected Express Delivery your order will be prioritised to the top of our production schedule and will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier for larger items (Please note that this does not guarantee a next day service). Deliveries to addresses offshore ie. Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Channel Islands etc. may be by Royal Mail or other courier at our discretion. Whilst the Royal Mail and our carrier provide an excellent service we cannot be held responsible for any delay once we have despatched your order. We will not be liable for any costs for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of your order.

Risk of damage to or loss of your order shall pass to you at the time of delivery or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of your order when it is delivered to you, the time when we attempted to deliver the order to you.
